针对发酵沼液氨氮、有机物浓度高的特点,以北京某养鸡场的鸡粪发酵沼液为研究对象,采用MAP/MBR/Fenton组合工艺对其进行处理。结果表明:当进水COD、NH3-N、TP浓度分别为(2 465~2 650)、(2 800~3 356)、(87.7~107.1)mg/L左右时,组合工艺对发酵沼液中COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为99.71%、98.22%、99.06%,处理效果稳定,出水水质达到天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)的二级标准。
Aiming at the characteristics of ammonia nitrogen and high concentration of organic matter in fermented biogas slurry, the biogas slurry from chicken manure in a chicken farm in Beijing was used as the research object and MAP / MBR / Fenton combination process was used to treat it. The results showed that when the concentrations of COD, NH3-N and TP in the influent were (2 465 ~ 2 650), (2 800 ~ 3 356) and (87.7 ~ 107.1) mg / L respectively, The removal rates of COD, NH3-N and TP were 99.71%, 98.22% and 99.06%, respectively. The treatment effect was stable and the effluent quality reached the second grade of Tianjin Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB12 / 356-2008).
