报告毒蛇咬伤病人30例,临床都有蛇毒中毒性心肌炎表现,其中20例发展为心力衰竭。经中、西医结合治疗,痊愈28例(93％),死亡2例(7％)。并对蛇毒中毒性心肌炎的发生机理和治疗注意事项进行讨论。
Thirty cases of venomous bites were reported in the clinic, and all of them had venomous venomous myocarditis. Twenty of them developed heart failure. After the treatment of Chinese and western medicine, 28 cases (93%) were cured and 2 cases died (7%). And discuss the mechanism of venom poisoning myocarditis and treatment precautions.
