测定缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血浆及肺组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平、肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase)的含量,结果发现:缺氧大鼠血浆及肺组织LPO水平上升、肺组织SOD和catalase含量下降,抗氧化剂维生素E能抑制这种变化.显示缺氧大鼠肺脏存在着氧化-抗氧化的平衡失调,抗氧化剂可使之趋向平衡,氧自由基及其脂质过氧化反应在缺氧性肺动脉高压的发生中起一定作用。
The levels of lipid peroxides (LPO) and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase in lung tissue of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats were determined. The results showed that hypoxia rats The level of LPO in plasma and lung tissue increased, and the content of SOD and catalase in lung tissue decreased. Antioxidant vitamin E could inhibit this change. It shows that there is oxidation-antioxidant imbalance in the lungs of anoxia rats, antioxidants can make it balance, oxygen free radicals and their lipid peroxidation play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
