目的:测定五合枸杞中7种微量营养素钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法和火焰原子发射光谱法测定待测元素的含量,选择国家小麦粉成分分析标准物质GBW(E)100195用作量值和质量监控标准,并验证测定方法的可靠性。结果:测得五合枸杞中7种微量营养素含量分别为钾29 807 mg.kg-1、钠11 250 mg.kg-1、钙375.25 mg.kg-1、镁108.74 mg.kg-1、铁98.205 mg.kg-1、锌62.056 mg.kg-1、铜8.227 3 mg.kg-1。结论:该测定法简便快捷、回收率好、准确度和精密度高。五合枸杞中7种微量营养素含量较高。
Objective: To determine the contents of seven micronutrients potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper in Wuhe wolfberry fruit. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and flame atomic emission spectrometry (FAAS) were used to determine the contents of the elements to be tested. The national standard for the analysis of wheat flour content (GBW (E) 100195) was used as the standard for quality and quantity control and the reliability of the determination method was verified. Results: The content of 7 kinds of micronutrients in Fructus Lycii were 29 807 mg.kg-1, 11 250 mg.kg-1, 375.25 mg.kg-1, 108.74 mg.kg-1, 98.205 mg.kg-1, zinc 62.056 mg.kg-1, copper 8.227 3 mg.kg-1. Conclusion: The assay is simple, rapid, accurate, and accurate. Wuhe Wolfberry in the seven kinds of high levels of micronutrients.
