案情简介:刘×之夫尚×与李×系同村村民.尚×担任本村会计,李×承包了本村鞭炮厂.1988年10月22日,李×雇用本村司机张×往湖北运送炮药.李×和张×共同装车,超载装药2吨多.车出发时,尚×搭车去湖北购买大米.当车行至河南省淇县境内时,因炮药超载压力过大而发生爆炸,造成车毁人亡的重大交通事故,李、张、尚三人均被炸死.事故发生后,刘×向法院提起赔偿诉讼.请求法院判令李×和张×的法定继承人赔偿各种费用.
