将91例原发性高脂血症随机分为3组,分别用普伐他汀(P)。非诺贝特(F)、鱼油(FO)12周,结果3组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C)、载脂蛋白B100(APOB100)均明显降低(P<0.05~0.001);高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均升高,但仅F组有显著意义(P<0.05~0.001);胆固醇(TC),P组、F组显著降低(P<0.05~0.001);HDL-C与TG3组均呈负相关(P<005~0.001)。血小板膜花生四烯酸(AA)仅F组治疗6周后有增高外,余2组无异常。廿碳五烯酸(EPA)、廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)3组均显著升高(P<0.05~0.OO1)。红细胞膜AA3组显著降低(P<0.05~0.001),EPA、DHA3组均显著增高(P<0.05~0.001)。血小板、红细胞膜n—6/n一3PUFA3组都有降低,F组、FO组红细胞膜AA/DHA比值显著降低(P<0.05~0、01)。TC、TG、LDL-C下降与血小板、红细胞膜AA/EPA.AA/DHA比值(除FO组TC与血小板、红细胞膜AA/EPA、AA/DHA外)降低均呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。
91 cases of primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into three groups, respectively, with pravastatin (P). Fenofibrate (F) and fish oil (FO) for 12 weeks. The results showed that all the three groups of TG, LDL-C and APOB100 decreased significantly (P <0. (P <0.05-0.001). The levels of cholesterol (TC), P and F in group F were significantly higher than those in group F (P <0.05-0.001). There was a negative correlation between HDL-C and TG3 (P <0.05-0.001). Platelet membrane arachidonic acid (AA) only F group after 6 weeks of treatment increased, the other two groups were normal. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were significantly increased in all three groups (P <0.05-0.OO1). The erythrocyte membrane AA3 group was significantly lower (P <0.05 ~ 0.001), EPA, DHA3 group were significantly higher (P <0.05 ~ 0.001). Platelets, erythrocyte membrane n-6 / n a 3PUFA3 group have decreased, F group, FO group erythrocyte membrane AA / DHA ratio was significantly lower (P <0.05 ~ 0,01). TC, TG, LDL-C decreased platelets, erythrocyte membrane AA / EPA. There was a significant positive correlation between AA / DHA ratio (except TC in TC group and platelets, erythrocyte membrane AA / EPA and AA / DHA) (P <0.001).
