目的:探讨肿瘤患者免疫偏斜状态及化疗时其的纠正作用。方法:采用ELISA法测定了肿瘤患者血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α、IFN-γ的水平及一线化疗后上述细胞因子的变化。结果:与正常人对照,IFN-γ及TNF-α呈显著下降,而 IL-2和IL-4变化不显著。正常人:IFN-γ 266±193.5pg/ml,TNF-α 291.2±64.8pg/ml,IL-2 346.2±198.2pg/ml,IL-4 148.9±47.8pg/ml。带瘤组:IFN-γ 45.8±31.2pg/ml,TNF-α 62.5±142pg/ml,IL-2 552.3±742.5pg/ml,IL-4240.1±224.3pg/ml。术后组:IFN-γ 36.4±18.8pg/ml,TNF-α 32.7±15.1pg/ml,IL-2 245.1±123pg/ml,IL-4 121.6±107.5pg/ml。化疗后IFN-γ和TNF-α均有不同程度回升。带瘤组化疗前:IFN-γ 38.4±29pg/ml,TNF-α 18.1±14pg/ml;化疗后:IFN-γ 62±59.4pg/ml,TNF-α 35.4±25.2pg/ml。术后组化疗前:IFN?
Objective: To investigate the immunodeficiency status of tumor patients and their corrective effects during chemotherapy. Methods: The levels of serum IL-2, IL-4, TNF-α and IFN-γ in patients with cancer were measured by ELISA, and the changes of above cytokines after first-line chemotherapy. Results: Compared with normal controls, the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were significantly decreased, while the changes of IL-2 and IL-4 were not significant.
