目的:分析乡镇卫生院人力资源现状,为合理配置基层卫生人力资源提供建议。方法:运用描述性分析和卡方检验对卫技人员性别、年龄、学历和职称进行了分析,运用Gini系数分析卫技人员人口分布的公平性。结果:乡镇卫生院卫技人员年龄以25~34岁为主占40.42%,本科及以上学历者占7.11%,高级职称者仅占1.14%。按人口分布的基尼系数为0.220。结论:乡镇卫生院卫技人员呈年轻化趋势,学历层次较低,职称结构比例不合理。按人口配置相对公平。
Objective: To analyze the current situation of human resources in township hospitals and provide suggestions for the rational allocation of human resources at the grassroots level. Methods: Descriptive analysis and chi-square test were used to analyze the gender, age, education level and job title of health workers. The Gini coefficient was used to analyze the fairness of health workers’ population distribution. Results: The age of health workers in township health centers was 25.44% with 25-34 years old, 7.11% with bachelor’s degree or above, and 1.14% with senior professional titles. The Gini coefficient by population is 0.220. Conclusion: The health technicians in township health centers are getting younger, with a lower education level and an unreasonable proportion of professional titles. According to the population allocation is relatively fair.
