研究了熔炼速度和W元素偏析对超导线材阻隔层用钽带使用性能的影响。结果表明,通过降低一次熔炼的熔炼速度,提高二次熔炼的熔炼速度,既可达到钽铸锭的提纯效果,又可改善铸锭的晶粒组织,使得成品钽带组织细小均匀。严格控制原料中W元素含量(0.002%以下),并在焊接电极时减少焊接点或采用其他不使用钨焊针的焊接设备,避免带入W杂质,减少铸锭中W成分偏析,可防止钽带在使用过程中发生断裂。
The effects of smelting speed and W element segregation on the serviceability of the tantalum tape for the superconducting wire barrier were investigated. The results show that by reducing the smelting speed of primary smelting and increasing the smelting speed of secondary smelting, the purification effect of tantalum ingot can be achieved as well as the grain structure of the ingot can be improved so that the finished tantalum belt has fine and even microstructure. Strictly control the content of W element in the raw material (0.002% or less), and reduce the welding point when welding electrodes or adopt other welding equipment without tungsten welding needle to avoid the W impurity, reduce segregation of W component in ingot and prevent tantalum The belt breaks during use.
