目的探讨足内在肌肌群训练结合足部矫形器治疗轻度外翻的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月就诊于呼伦贝尔市人民医院康复医学科门诊的轻度外翻患者60例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各30例。观察组采用足内在肌肌群训练结合足部矫形器治疗,对照组局部应用依托芬那酯治疗,治疗2周和4周后,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗2周和4周后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的美国足踝外科学会(
