中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》强化了当事人的举证责任。民事诉讼证据的内 容主要有民事证据的收集与保全；民事证据的审查与判断；民事诉讼证据的举证责任等。加强民事诉讼证据制度方面的研究， 对我国的社会主义法制建设具有积极的促进作用。
The Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China "reinforced the party’s burden of proof. The contents of the evidence of civil litigation mainly include the collection and preservation of civil evidence; the examination and judgment of civil evidence; and the burden of proof on the evidence of civil litigation. The research on strengthening the evidence system of civil procedure has a positive effect on promoting the socialist legal system in our country.
