加强疾控机构人才队伍建设,不断顺应公共卫生事业发展需求,是疾病预防控制事业快速和谐发展的基础。本文通过对宁波市鄞州区疾控中心人才队伍现状进行分析,探讨人才队伍建设管理中存在的实际问题并提出具体建议。 It is the basis for a rapid and harmonious development of the disease prevention and control program to step up the construction of a contingent of qualified personnel in disease control institutions and continuously comply with the needs of the development of public health undertakings. Based on the analysis of the current situation of talent team in CDC in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City, this paper discusses the practical problems in the construction and management of talent team and puts forward specific suggestions.
