“雁行”理论最早由日本学生赤松要提出。原本是用以描述在产业兴盛衰退过程中的规律现象。随着学者对该理论的不断研究与延伸,“雁行”理论被广泛应用于经济学、管理学、人力资源范畴。本文以南京化工职业技术学院新型学生会组织的建设为例,提出基于“动态循环机制下的”雁行“团队”构建高职院校学生会组织的方法和路径。
“Geese ” theory was first proposed by Japanese student Akamatsu. Originally used to describe the phenomenon of the law in the prosperity and decline of the industry. With the continuous research and extension of this theory by scholars, the theory of wild goose is widely used in economics, management science and human resources. This paper takes the construction of the new student union organization in Nanjing Chemical Industry Technical College as an example, and puts forward the method and the way to construct the student union organization in higher vocational colleges based on “Geese ” team under the dynamic circulation mechanism.
