研究了部分重熔时间对Ti@(Al-Si-Ti)_p/A356复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着重熔时间延长,初生相颗粒不断粗化,形状变得不规则,同时生成一种具有厚且致密壳层的Ti@(Al-Si-Ti)芯-壳结构增强体,50 min以后增强体的壳层开始破裂并脱落,同时壳层生成物由τ1相转变为(Al,Si)_3Ti相,这些变化导致材料力学性能先升高后降低。当重熔时间为50min时,材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率达到最大值,分别为373 MPa、268 MPa和8.3%。
The effect of partial remelting time on microstructure and properties of Ti @ (Al-Si-Ti) _p / A356 composites was investigated. The results show that as the remelting time prolongs, the primary phase grains become coarse and the shape becomes irregular. At the same time, a thick and dense shell of Ti @ (Al-Si-Ti) core- min, the shell of the reinforced body began to rupture and fall off, while the shell material changed from τ1 phase to (Al, Si) _3Ti phase. These changes lead to the increase of the mechanical properties of the material first and then decrease. When the remelting time is 50min, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation reach the maximum values of 373 MPa, 268 MPa and 8.3% respectively.
