目的:优选芎归舒络颗粒的提取、纯化工艺。方法:以阿魏酸转移率为指标,采用正交试验优选芎归舒络颗粒水提取工艺,选取浸泡时间、加水量、提取次数及提取时间为影响因素,HPLC测定阿魏酸含量;采用醇沉法纯化芎归舒络颗粒,以阿魏酸转移率和纯度为指标,单因素试验考察其醇沉条件。结果:优选的提取工艺为加15倍量水浸泡1 h,提取2次,每次1 h;其醇沉条件为醇沉至乙醇体积分数60%,相对密度1.08~1.14(60℃)。结论:该优选工艺稳定可行,可为芎归舒络颗粒的工业化生产提供试验依据。
Objective: To optimize extraction and purification of Xionggui Shuluo granules. Methods: Ferulic acid transfer rate was taken as an index to optimize the water extraction process of Xiongguishuxu granules by orthogonal test. The soaking time, water addition, extraction times and extraction time were selected as influencing factors. The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Shen method purification Xionggu Shulu particles to ferulic acid transfer rate and purity as an indicator, single factor test to investigate the alcohol precipitation conditions. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were: adding 15 times the amount of water soaked for 1 h and extracting 2 times for 1 h each; the alcohol sedimentation conditions were as follows: the alcohol sedimentation volume was 60% and the relative density was 1.08-1.14 (60 ℃). Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and feasible, which can provide the experimental basis for Xiongguishuluo particles industrialized production.
