鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chicken chorioallantoic mem-brane.CAM)是进行组织在体培养的良好模型.种植于CAM的人蜕膜组织(decidual tissue.DT)具有生长分化的潜力,可由该模型上的透明窗对活体生长组织进行连续动态观察.为研究DT培养的影响因素,探讨早孕期组织血管生成的课题,对种植于CAM的DT生长过程作了进一步观察.材料和方法实验方法见文献.北京白鸡种蛋,鸡胚发育第7天制备假气室.同时种植DT.每12h自观察窗对种植组织进行观察.用目镜测微尺测定组织大小.连续观察11d.共进行四批实验,种植4例早孕人流的DT,89个鸡胚.每个鸡胚种植2mm~2左右DT4~6块.结果DT在CAM的生长过程可分为五个阶段:1.静止期 DT种植后12~15h,部分组织的中央处色泽略浅.边缘部分组织的色泽保持不变.DT小块逐渐平铺展开,与CAM的接触面增大,CAM血管
