采用原位反应法制备了TiC_p/Fe复合材料并分析了主要合金元素对材料微观组织的影响。利用正交实验法,研究了元素Ti、C和Si对TiC_p/Fe复合材料组织结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ti和C元素对材料的组织结构和力学性能的影响最为显著,Si元素次之。随着Ti和C含量的升高,材料的组织结构和力学性能得到改善,Ti、C含量再次增加则出现力学性能恶化的趋势。分析结果得出:Ti、C和Si的最佳质量分数分别为6%、2.3%和1.0%。
TiC_p / Fe composites were prepared by in-situ reaction and the effects of alloying elements on the microstructure of the materials were analyzed. The effects of elements Ti, C and Si on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC_p / Fe composites were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that Ti and C elements have the most significant influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the materials, followed by Si. With the increase of the content of Ti and C, the structure and mechanical properties of the material are improved, while the content of Ti and C increase again and the mechanical properties deteriorate. The results showed that the best mass fractions of Ti, C and Si were 6%, 2.3% and 1.0% respectively.
