本文以“口译的认知心理活动都发生在记忆中”的观点为基础,以把握口译要“多依赖记忆,少依赖笔记”以及“记忆技能训练是口译技能训练的关键”的原则,建基于记忆研究,聚焦于认知心理过程,思考如何增强译员的记忆以提高口译效率。笔者运用认知心理学和记忆训练方法等相关理论或论述,构建了口译记忆训练模型APEC Model。
