竞争上岗作为一种人才选拔方式,为企业建立健全“公平、公开、竞争、择优”的用人机制,发挥了重要的作用。本文在对目前国有企业竞争上岗机制的优势、不足和适用范围进行了分析,进而对建立以胜任力考核为核心,方法科学、程序规范的竞争上岗机制,实现人岗匹配,发挥最优组织效能进行了初步研究,介绍了建立胜任力模型的步骤,并对运用现代人才测评技术提高竞争上岗科学性进行了探讨。
As a talent selection method, competition for posts plays an important role in establishing a sound employment mechanism of “fairness, openness, competition and selection”. This article analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and scopes of the current competition system of state-owned enterprises, and then establishes the competition mechanism with scientific and procedural methods focusing on competency assessment and achieving the match between people and posts and the optimal organizational effectiveness Conducted a preliminary study, introduced the steps to establish a competency model, and discussed the application of modern talent evaluation techniques to improve the scientific competitiveness of posts.
