富氧燃烧技术是捕获CO2的一种重要技术手段。在O2/CO2环境下,由于CO2的比热、扩散系数以及强辐射特性与常规空气燃烧的差异,使得一二次风的配风特性发生了很大的变化。而一二次风的配风特性直接影响到锅炉的燃烧特性、传热特性以及排放特性等。针对200 MW空气与富氧兼容的四角切圆燃烧锅炉,研究200 MW锅炉富氧燃烧下一次风、二次风及周界风等参数的选取以及相关依据,对富氧燃烧锅炉的配风提供参考。
Oxyfuel combustion technology is an important technology to capture CO2. Under the O2 / CO2 environment, the air distribution characteristics of the primary and secondary air have undergone great changes due to the specific heat of CO2, the diffusion coefficient, and the difference between the strong radiation characteristics and conventional air combustion. The first and second air with a direct impact on the wind characteristics of the boiler combustion, heat transfer characteristics and emissions characteristics. For 200 MW air and oxygen-rich tangential firing boilers, the selection of parameters such as the secondary air, the secondary air and the perimeter wind for the oxy-fuel combustion of a 200 MW boiler is studied and the relevant data are provided to provide reference for the air distribution of oxy-fuel combustion boilers.
