随着经济社会的发展,人们对知识的需求日益多样化,家庭里的书籍已经不能满足人们对日常文化的需要,图书馆能够在一定程度上满足人们群众对文化知识的需求。图书馆能否全面发展、健康运行,离不开高素质的图书专业管理人员,图书管理人员素质的高低也在某种程度上影响着图书馆日常作用的发挥。本文依据本人实际图书管理工作,对图书管理人员应具备的一些综合素质进行了总结。
With the development of economy and society, the people’s demand for knowledge is diversified day by day. The books in the family can no longer meet the needs of people’s daily culture. The library can meet people’s cultural knowledge to a certain extent. Whether the library can develop in an all-round way and run well can not be achieved without the professional management personnel of high-quality books, and the quality of the library management personnel also influences the daily function of the library to a certain extent. This article based on my actual book management work, summarizes some comprehensive qualities that librarians should have.
