为了贯彻国家实施素质教育的精神,提高小学各科课堂教学效率,提高小学教师的业务素质,引导全省小学教师积极开展教学,努力提高自身能力。甘肃省教科所在1999年6月至7月同,组织举行了“全省小学课堂教学优秀教案”评选活动。经过各科专家的认真评审,活动已圆满结束。参评教案分属小学语文、数学、音乐、美术、体育、社会、思想品德、劳动、英语、计算机、活动课等学科。共评出一等奖49篇,二等奖104篇,三等奖157篇。通过这次活动。
