为了得到理想的光纤切割断面,利用飞秒激光对石英光纤材料进行切割微加工实验。研究激光功率、脉冲频率、扫描速度等加工参数与光纤切割断面质量间的关系,以寻求最理想的加工参数。最后在可调倾角光纤夹具的辅助下,很好地弥补加工过程中产生的端面倾斜角,得到垂直度高达89.56°的光纤切割断面。
