1 工程施工情况盘石头水库输水洞工程为有压输水洞,洞内钢筋混凝土部分长315m,按设计要求受力钢筋必须焊接,不允许搭接,钢筋接头量大,钢筋型号多,Φ14～Φ28等6种型号受力钢筋。根据本工程特点,施工中洞内钢筋接头连接若采用电焊、气压焊、电渣压力焊时,无法及时解决洞内排烟,且焊接时间长,施工场地狭小,处理不好,会影响到洞内施工人员的人身健康和安全,影响工程进度,故在本工程钢筋接头施工中,首先考虑用钢筋连
