对于智能电网,世界各国虽然都多加重视,但难以有统一的概念和标准,智能电网“智”在何处、“智”向何处?被誉为“电网2.0”的智能电网是以智能化的电网技术为支撑和载体的,电网的智能化,在技术方面,主要体现在六个方面:一、智能化信息技术:智能化信息技术贯穿发电、输电、变电、配电、用电及调度各环节,是智能电网建设的重要内容和坚强支撑。基于智能电网的信息技术具有三大特征:首先是数字化程度更高;其次是利用面向服务架构体系;最后是深入应用生产管理、人力资源、电力营销、调度管理等辅助决策数据,构建一个数据集中、业务整合、符合模型标准和应用可扩展的辅助分析系统。
