随着社会经济的高速发展和人们生活水平的提升,国内外的通信技术发展十分迅速,参与项目的主体间的关系日益复杂,用户也对通信工程项目的安全性、稳定性、可靠性等方面提出了更高的要求。外部环境的复杂性及自身的特性决定了通信工程项目的风险性,本文从通信工程项目管理现状出发,分析通信项目风险特性,提出了通信工程项目管理的策略。

This paper analyzes the risk characteristics of communications projects from the current status of communications project management, and puts forward the strategy of communication project management.
