2011年第7-8期(快速跑的专门性练习设计)基层教师技能比武中出现了快速跑的专门性练习,如,小步跑、高抬腿、后蹬跑,这些基本的快速跑辅助性练习是掌握快速跑动作和发展快速跑专项素质的基本练习,但恰恰是这些基本的练习,我们有很多老师都将其遗忘,更多地出现在业余训练中,很少在一些课堂中出现,因此,希望有老师能将具体的动作教学步骤清晰地呈现在广大读者面前,一方面促进课堂教学内容的纵深实现,另一方面也可以让一部分老师能学到基本的动作教学方法。
