以乙基纤维素稳定的纳米Mg(OH)2乙醇分散液为处理剂,本文集成了一种简单的脆化酸性纸张加固与脱酸工艺。乙基纤维素裹覆纳米Mg(OH)2在纸张纤维的表面形成疏水性薄膜,提高纸张的力学强度,降低纸张受环境水分的影响,提高纳米在纸张上的分散并减缓纳米与空气中的CO2反应。这些都有利于改善纸张的耐久性。乙基纤维素和纳米Mg(OH)2浓度分别为16 g/L和5 g/L的分散液处理的酸化纸张经过10天的老化后仍然保持弱碱性和良好的机械性能。
Using ethyl cellulose stabilized nano-Mg (OH) 2 ethanol as the treatment agent, a simple embrittlement acid paper consolidation and deacidification process was integrated. Nano-Mg (OH) 2 coated with ethylcellulose forms a hydrophobic film on the surface of the paper fiber, which enhances the mechanical strength of the paper, reduces the influence of the moisture on the paper and improves the dispersion of the nano-paper on the paper, CO2 reaction. These are all conducive to improving the durability of the paper. The acidified paper treated with ethyl cellulose and dispersion with nano-Mg (OH) 2 concentration of 16 g / L and 5 g / L, respectively, remained weakly basic and had good mechanical properties after aging for 10 days.
