为了有效改善装有AMT的混合动力电动汽车(HEV)换挡品质和加速性能,分析了换挡过程的协调控制方法,在Matlab/Si mulink平台上建立了换挡仿真模型,并对换挡过程协调控制进行了仿真。研究结果表明:在各种状态切换过程中,采用仿真模型能够对HEV换挡过程协调控制进行模拟,在Ⅰ挡升Ⅱ挡换挡过程中,动力中断的时间仅为1.2 s,保证了动力传递的平稳性;提出的改善车辆加速性能的改进措施与优化控制策略,使车辆0~100 km.h-1加速时间由14.82 s降低到12.39 s。
In order to effectively improve the shift quality and acceleration performance of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) equipped with AMT, a coordinated control method of shift process was analyzed. A shift simulation model was established on Matlab / Si mulink platform, and the shift process Coordinated control was simulated. The results show that the simulation model can be used to simulate the coordinated control of the HEV shift process during the various state transitions.
