高职高专院校辅导员的个体生存状态存在诸多问题,如:工作定位模糊、职业倦怠、非职业化、职业尴尬等,从这一层面上看,辅导员的功能并没有很好的展现出来。思政教育是高职高专院校教学体系的重要组成部分,它可以帮助学生树立职业目标、修正职业定位,因此,高校辅导员特别重视思政教育。基于此,本文将结合高职高专院校思政教育工作现状,深度解析辅导员的功能展现特点。 Counselors in higher vocational colleges have many problems in their living conditions, such as ambiguous job positioning, job burnout, non-professionalism and professional embarrassment. From this perspective, counselors’ functions are not well demonstrated come out. The ideological and political education is an important part of the teaching system in higher vocational colleges. It can help students set career goals and correct their occupational orientation. Therefore, college counselors pay special attention to ideological and political education. Based on this, this article will combine the status quo of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and universities to deeply analyze the features of counselors’ functions.
