在药品质量普查中,我们发现多数基层卫生室的器械消毒液质量不合格,有的器械消毒盘边沿上甚至生了霉菌,严重地影响了医疗器械的消毒质量,多次发生手术后感染.器械消毒液质量不合格有多种原因,一是基层卫生室无蒸馏水,只用开水配制;二是无统一的处方和配制方法,无严格的操作规程,使所配制的消毒液达不到质量标准;三是消毒液更换不及时,有的一个月内不更换一次,甚至数月不换.
