主要研究了装载机落物保护装置受到落物冲击发生塑性大变形的问题,建立了落物保护装置受瞬态冲击响应的有限元结构动力学方程。以某型号的装载机为例,建立了落物保护装置的非线性有限元模型并讨论了载荷的施加方法和网格的划分,分析了落物保护装置的主要设计参数对顶板中心点最大位移的影响,落物保护装置的动态仿真结果为结构的改进设计提供了依据。并在试验台上对该落物保护装置进行了落锤冲击试验,试验结果和仿真结果吻合得较好。
This paper mainly studies the problem of plastic deformation of the loader falling object protection device under the impact of falling objects and establishes the finite element dynamic equation of the falling object protection device affected by transient impact. Taking a certain type of loader as an example, the nonlinear finite element model of the falling object protection device is established and the application method of load and the division of the grid are discussed. The maximum displacement of the center of the roof is analyzed by the main design parameters of the falling object protection device. The dynamic simulation results of the falling object protection device provide the basis for the improved design of the structure. The drop weight impact test was carried out on the test bench. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
