在黑龙江省采访和调研期间,我们倾听着,观察着,思考着,感悟着。在这里,我们看到——一支充满了开拓激情、使命感极强的团队,在不遗余力地推动着TRIZ理论方法在黑土地上播种开花,自2007年5月起,从时任黑龙江省委常委、科技厅厅长孙尧(现为黑龙江省省委常委、主抓科技的副省长)到当时的厅计划处处长李阳(现厅条财处处长)再到省情报所党委书记、所长曹俊强等,从上到下,一大批的传播者就进入到一种忘我的状态中,只争朝夕,勇于开拓,人人都在推动TRIZ理论普及应用的过程中留下一串长长的故事,孙尧既是总指挥、总设计,又是开拓者、实践者,为在全省开展TRIZ理论方法普及与应用,建设创新型黑龙江而创造性地开展工作。在这里,我们听到——一个充满了创新激情和智慧的群体,在一个全新的领域挥汗如雨,快马加鞭地学习、丰富、提高,根据实际选择了被称为前苏联“国术”的发明问题解决理论进行重点推广和应用,在较短的时间内,建设起覆盖示范全省的创新方法工作体系、试点推广体系、人才建设体系、TRIZ理论研究与转化体系,营造了TRIZ理论推广和应用的良好氛围,点燃起松花江畔创新者的激情,为尚未开展此项工作的地方积累着丰富的经验。在这里,我们想到——“龙江模式”独具特色,但给每个地方的启示是不同的,学习“龙江模式”要学其精髓,不能邯郸学步,要因地制宜,创造适合本地区实际的推广应用模式,创新性地开展创新方法的推广工作,让好的创新方法武装管理者、教育者、科研工作者,解决软技术、硬技术、软环境、硬环境中出现的方方面面的问题,使我们的管理水平、决策水平、科研水平、教育水平都提升到一个更加适合创新的境界,为创新型发展奠定良好的基础。因为缺乏创新的方法,所以渴望创新方法的引入;因为先行者的付出,所以不需从零点起步;因为历史的验证,所以加倍期望创新奇迹的诞生。
