目的:探讨上前牙根尖手术临床效果。方法:本次选取上前牙根管治疗临床症状未改善的患者120例,共有患牙132颗,均为我院口腔科2013年1月至2015年1月收治,采用上前牙根尖手术治疗,回顾临床资料。结果:本次选取的上前牙根尖手术患者120例,平均随访6个月,采用X线检查,根管治疗3个月根尖区出现压痛,根尖区有>5 mm阴影,且病情相较疗前改善不明显84例,术后无根尖区压痛且根尖区阴影缩小72例,但仍有12例患牙根尖区阴影出现增大表现且疼痛、松动,后拔除。根管治疗后牙周肿胀、牙周溢脓24例,术后咬颌痛、溢脓完全改善。因患牙根管欠充,根尖区有根尖囊肿症状的患牙6例,及根管充填超充,诱导患牙咬颌痛的18例,经上前牙根尖手术后,症状完全消除。结论:临床口中腔科,根尖手术为实施根管治疗后辅助手段,可改善不适症状,消除术后咬颌痛、术后溢脓事件,对保障手术预后,提高患者口腔健康和生存质量意义重大,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of apical apical surgery. Methods: The selected anterior root canal treatment of clinical symptoms did not improve in 120 patients, a total of 132 teeth, all of our hospital stomatology from January 2013 to January 2015 were treated with anterior superior root canal surgery , Review of clinical data. After root canal treatment periodontal swelling, periodontal pus in 24 cases, postoperative bite jaw pain, overflow pus completely improved. Due to root canal insufficiency with root canal apical aponeurosis symptoms in 6 cases, and root canal filling superfluous, edentulous jaw induced jaw pain in 18 cases, after the anterior superior root canal surgery, the symptoms completely eliminated . Conclusions: Clinical mouth cavity and apical surgery are auxiliary measures after root canal treatment, which can improve the discomfort symptoms, eliminate postoperative bite and pain, and postoperative suppurative pus. It is significant to ensure the prognosis of operation and improve the oral health and quality of life Significant, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
