目的处置山区一起食源性O139霍乱暴发疫情,实施疫区消毒措施,进行消毒效果评价。方法按照《消毒技术规范》的规定对外环境进行喷洒消毒,对疫点、医学观察点、治疗点进行随时消毒和终末消毒并进行现场采样检测。结果对疫区的4个自然村开展环境消毒,4个医学隔离观察点和1个临时医疗点开展随时消毒,76个疫点开展了终末消毒,共采样470份进行消毒效果评价,消毒效果全部合格,暴发疫情得到了有效控制。结论本次霍乱疫情通过以切断传播途径为主的疫源地消毒综合防控措施,得到了迅速控制,整个疫区未发生二代病例。为今后科学、及时有效地处置此类疫情积累了宝贵经验。
Objective To dispose of an outbreak of cholera with food-borne O139 in mountainous areas, implement disinfection measures in the affected areas and evaluate the disinfection effect. Methods According to “disinfection technical specifications” of the external environment for spray disinfection of epidemic points, medical observation points, treatment points at any time disinfection and terminal disinfection and on-site sampling and testing. Results Environmental disinfection was carried out in 4 natural villages in the epidemic area, 4 medical isolation observation points and 1 temporary medical treatment point were disinfected at any time, and 76 epidemic points were end-disinfected. A total of 470 samples were taken to evaluate the disinfection effect and disinfection effects were all Qualified, the outbreak has been effectively controlled. Conclusion The cholera epidemic has been rapidly controlled through the integrated disinfection and disinfection prevention and control measures by cutting off the route of transmission, and the second-generation cases have not occurred in the entire affected area. It has accumulated valuable experience for the scientific and timely disposal of such outbreaks.
