1 药效学试验1.1 抗菌作用:当用平板纸片法每张滤纸片的西瓜霜润喉片含量为1mg时,对甲型、乙型溶血性链球菌和肺炎球菌有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌环直径为8mm;而该药量对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌则无抑制作用。平板稀释法试验证明,西瓜霜润喉片对甲型、乙型链球菌,肺炎球菌和白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度为25mg/ml。25mg/ml以下的浓度则无抑制作用。对肺炎球菌和白色念珠菌的最低杀菌浓度为25mg/ml,与其抑菌浓度相一致。此浓度以下则无抑菌作用及杀菌作用。对甲
