如何搞好企业的规章制度建设,西方管理理论中的“热炉法则”值得借鉴。所谓“热炉法则”就是当你去碰一部烧热的火炉时,你会受到烫的处罚。这种处罚是,(1)预先警告的:火炉是烧红摆在那里,你知道一碰就会被烫;(2)即刻的:当你一碰火炉时,立即就会被烫;(3)适用于任何人物:火炉不分贵贱亲疏,一律平等;(4)彻底共彻的:火炉烫人时是“说到做到”,而不是吓唬人的。根据“热炉法则”,我国企业在进行规章制度建设,加强劳动纪律时应做好以下几个方面的工作: (1).重法治而不是重人治。《尉缭子兵法》中讲:“明制度于前,重威刑于后,是以发
