推进和谐铁路建设,迫切需要一个奋发进取、充满活力的内部环境,强烈呼唤宣传思想工作肩负使命、展示作为。尤其是在铁路大建设大发展任务更加繁重、职工价值选择更趋多元的新形势下,紧密围绕企业中心工作,持之以恒地加强宣传教育显得极其重要。本文结合乌鲁木齐铁路局党委的探索和实践,就如何强化铁路企业重点工作的宣传引导进行探讨。
To promote the construction of a harmonious railway urgently requires an active and energetic internal environment, and strongly calls for publicity and ideological work to shoulder its mission of display. Especially in the new situation where the great development of railway construction is more burdensome and the choices of workers’ values are more diverse, it is extremely important to focus on the work of the enterprise center and persevere in publicity and education. Based on the exploration and practice of the Party Committee of Urumqi Railway Bureau, this paper discusses how to strengthen the propaganda and guidance of key tasks of railway enterprises.
