在武吉高速公路何市隧道施工过程中,对Ⅳ类围岩条件下初期支护变形、接触压力和支护结构内力进行了监测。通过对监测数据的分析与整理,对初期支护的变形、锚杆内力、围岩与初衬间压力、初衬与二衬间压力以及初衬内力的稳定规律进行了研究,认为初期支护变形在距掌子面3倍洞径左右即已趋于稳定,而因为应力调整,衬砌内力与衬砌与围岩间压力在距掌子面6倍洞径左右趋于稳定。根据内力监测数据的稳定情况确定二衬施工时间,可减少因过早施工二衬造成二衬内力较大的危险性,从而提高隧道支护结构的整体稳定性,可为同类工程参考。
During the construction of the tunnel in Ho City, Buji Expressway, the initial support deformation, contact pressure and internal force of support structure under the condition of Ⅳ surrounding rock were monitored. Through the analysis and arrangement of the monitoring data, the deformation of the initial support, the internal force of the anchor, the pressure between the surrounding rock and the primary lining, the pressure between the primary lining and the secondary lining and the internal force of the primary lining are studied. It is considered that the initial support The deformation has tended to be stable about 3 times the hole diameter from the face of the face, and due to the stress adjustment, the lining internal force and the pressure between the lining and the surrounding rock tend to be stable about 6 times the hole diameter from the face.
