本文介绍用浮选—硫酸浸出—P204溶剂萃取法处理嵌布粒度微细的香花岭金绿宝石矿石的试验结果。含氧化镀为0.4%的金绿宝石矿石,预先用浮选除去硫化物、方解石、部分云母、萤石等脉石矿物,获得含氧化铍为1%,含氟为15%的低品位金绿宝石精矿。精矿经烧结,稀硫酸常温浸出,得硫酸铍溶液,用P204煤油溶液萃取,氢氧化钠反萃、水解、煅烧,获得含氧化铍97%以上的合格产品,回收率为60%。
This article describes the flotation - sulfuric acid leaching - P204 solvent extraction method for the distribution of finely grained iguanling emerald ore test results. Gold emerald ore containing 0.4% of the oxidation plating, pre-flotation to remove sulfide, calcite, mica, fluorite and other gangue minerals, obtained containing 1% beryllium oxide, fluorine content of 15% Gem concentrate. The concentrate is sintered and leached with sulfuric acid at normal temperature to obtain a beryllium sulfate solution, which is extracted with a P204 kerosene solution, stripped with sodium hydroxide, hydrolyzed and calcined to obtain a qualified product containing more than 97% of beryllium oxide with a recovery rate of 60%.
