As an effective anti-platelet aggregation drug, aspirin is widely used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The aspirin irreversibly inhibits the expression of COX-2 by serine at position 530 of the cyclooxygenase (COX) 1 activity, thereby blocking thromboxane A2 (TXA2) -mediated platelet activation.
