在研究了腰脊神经后支解剖学的基础上,采用后支神经阻滞麻醉行腰部脊柱手术,效果良好。还介绍了麻药的配方及麻醉方法。对后支阻滞麻醉的优点进行了讨论。
After studying the anatomy of posterior branch of lumbar nerve, the posterior branch nerve block anesthesia was performed on lumbar spine surgery, and the effect was good. Also introduced anesthetic formulations and anesthesia methods. The advantages of posterior branch block anesthesia are discussed.
