目的建立祛痹止痛凝胶的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法,以Welchrom C_(18)柱,甲醇-水(体积比为45∶55)为流动相,在274 nm检测波长处测定徐长卿中丹皮酚的含量,同时对徐长卿、姜黄和冰片进行薄层鉴别。结果与结论丹皮酚在10~320μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为97.42%,RSD为1.01%(n=6),薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。该方法可有效控制制剂的质量。
Objective To establish Quban pain gel quality standards. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeonol in Xuchangqing at the detection wavelength of 274 nm using the mobile phase of Welchrom C_ (18) column and methanol-water (volume ratio of 45:55) as mobile phase. Thin layer identification. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Paeonol had a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 10 ~ 320μg / ml. The average recovery was 97.42% with RSD of 1.01% (n = 6). The TLC spots were clear and the negative control had no interference. This method can effectively control the quality of preparation.
