本文报告1例爱狄森氏病演变为典型的柯兴氏病病人,在经蝶窦手术成功地摘除了一直径4mm的垂 体微腺瘤后,柯兴氏病的临床表现和生化指标恢复正常,爱狄森氏病亦无复发。此类病例国内外均无报道。
This article reports a case of Edinson’s disease evolved into a typical Cushing’s disease patients, after successful transsphenoidal surgery in the removal of a diameter of 4mm pituitary microadenoma, Cushing’s clinical manifestations and biochemical parameters returned to normal , Addison’s disease has no recurrence. No such cases reported at home and abroad.
