中西医结合治疗干眼症疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将60例干眼症患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液及贝复舒眼用凝胶、口服复合维生素B及维生素AD胶丸治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟清肺地黄汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后治愈15例,有效13例,总有效率93.3%;对照组治疗后治愈10例,有效12例,总有效率73.3%,两组总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后症状积分及泪液分泌量改善程度较对照组明显,两组差异有显著性。结论:中西医结合治疗干眼症疗效显著,优于单用西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. Methods: 60 cases of dry eye patients according to different treatment methods were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in the control group with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and Beifu Shu eye gel, oral vitamin B complex and vitamin AD Pill treatment, treatment group in the control group based on the addition of self-Qingfei Di Huang Tang treatment. Results: In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured and 13 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group, 10 cases were cured and 12 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 73.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups <0.05). After treatment, symptom scores and tear secretion in treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of dry eye effect is significant, better than single western medicine, it is worthy of clinical application.
