It is the process by which workers who have scientific knowledge and skills in health apply the available labor information for health care to health services. With the development of social productivity and continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people’s demand for health services is increasing day by day, and the work of medical workers is gradually being emphasized. Health services abroad have become a noble and holy profession. At the same time, the research on the influence of the condition on the physical and mental health of the medical staff in the work environment also expands and deepens. However, the research in this area in our country is still in its infancy. In order to understand the occupational health hazards of health services and the health status of medical personnel, it is attempted to find out the prevalence of illnesses related to their occupational characteristics, improve the working environment and better protect the health workforce
