南岗区是哈尔滨市的中心城区,面积182平方公里,人口92万,辖区17个街道办事处和三乡一镇。区内大企业多,下岗职工多,居民生活消费水平相对较高,社区服务需求量大。根据这一特点,自1998年以来,我们结合区情实际,以发展社区服务为切入点,以争创下岗职工全就业居委会活动为载体,把社区服务与再就业工作有机结合起来,形成以大力发展
Nangang District is the central city of Harbin, an area of 182 square kilometers, population 920,000, the area 17 streets and Township Township.
