谈话是考察干部的重要手段和基本方法,是组织部门获取信息、了解干部的重要渠道。谈话质量的高低,直接影响着干部考察效果,而谈话质量的高低与考察人员的提问有很大关系。因此,在考察谈话中掌握一些提问的艺术,对于真实了解、准确掌握被考察对象工作、生活、社交三圈的表现,能够起到事半功倍的效果。具体来说,就是要做到“三忌、三要、三善”。
Conversation is an important means and basic method for examining cadres. It is an important channel for organizing departments to obtain information and understand cadres.
