本文探讨消化性溃疡发病机理的形态学改变,选择同一地区经胃镜取材,病理组织学确诊的消化性溃疡(Pu)患者及正常人(Ns)作对照研究,应用电子计算机图像分析处理系统及透射电镜技术对胃溃疡(Gu)、十二指肠球部溃疡(Du)及Ns胃粘膜壁细胞进行体视学分析及超微结构观察。结果为三者间壁细胞平均剖面直径(D)、平均剖面积(Sa)、平均体积(Vv)、体积密度(Vvt)和数量密度(Nv)均无显著差异(P>0.2);电镜下Du组壁细胞呈分泌活跃相,Gu及Ns组则无明显差异。
