有机汞化合物是多年来在农业上广泛应用的种子消毒剂,但对人畜毒性较大。为了寻求理想的代替药物,我们对中国科学院济南化学研究所合成的杀菌剂菲醌作了种子消毒的试验。从1963年冬开始在室内进行了对谷子黑穗病病菌孢子杀伤力、谷种发芽影响及防病效果试验;1964年与1965年连续两年又在本院试验农场和山区试验站、历城县柳埠公社李家庄生产队进行了田间试验和示范,肯定了防病效果。现将试验结果报导于下:
Organic mercury compounds are seed disinfectants that have been widely used in agriculture for many years, but are toxic to humans and animals. In order to find an ideal alternative medicine, we conducted a seed disinfection test on the fungicide phenanthrenequinone synthesized by Jinan Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From the winter of 1963 in the indoor conducted on the smut spore millet disease, seed germination and disease prevention effect test; 1964 and 1965 for two consecutive years in our hospital farm and mountain test station, calendar city Li Bu Zhuang commune Lijiazhuang production team conducted a field experiment and demonstration, affirmed the effectiveness of disease prevention. The test results are reported below:
